The Danish Multiple Sclerosis Registry
About the registry
The Danish Multiple Sclerosis Registry (DMSR) produces high quality research within the field of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) to strengthen and expand knowledge about key-aspects of the disease. Using nationwide prospective data collected on all Danish residents diagnosed with MS from 1948 to the present, supported by linkage to other nationwide registries by the Danish Personal Identification Number, DSMR has access to a vast pool of structured, interconnected data.
The DMSR is part of the Danish Multiple Sclerosis Center, Department of Neurology, Rigshospitalet, Copenhagen, University of Copenhagen.
The DMSR participates in various international research collaborations.
